Nyack, New York
Geraldine Jones, a retired housekeeper of 25 years for Nyack Hospital, passed away Monday February 18, 2019 at Montefiore Medical Center Bronx, N.Y. She was 98.
The daughter of the late Vasco and Grace Chilton Jones, she was born June 30, 1920 in Hilltop, West Virginia.
Survivors include her granddaughters: Rosetta Coleman; Margarete Coleman; Donna Hidgon; her grandson: Gregory Coleman; as well as many great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and caring friends.
She was predeceased by her 2 children: Tessie V. Jones and Alvin Pryor Jr. and her grandson: Charles R. Coleman Jr.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 AM on Thursday February 28, 2019 at First Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church of Christ, Inc. 67 South Broadway Nyack, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at the church at 11 AM.
