Roxanne Bertholf VanDunk Middletown, N.Y. Roxanne Bertholf VanDunk, a retired employee of the Middletown Psychiatric Center and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on Monday January 14, 2019 in Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 64. The daughter of the late James Melvin Bertholf and Flora Ann Hasbrouck Bertholf, she was born on June 23, 1954 in Middletown, New York. She was the widow of Donald Bruce VanDunk. Survivors include her children Colleen Reed; Shaun Brown and his wife JaVonne and DeShawn Gibson. Her nephew Beau Bertholf. Her grandchildren Jamie Bradshaw; Jayden Brown; Shaun Brown and Nevaeh Brown. She is also survived by her great-grandson Jason Smallwood Jr. and her cousins, nieces and nephews. Roxanne was predeceased by her brother Preston R. Bertholf. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday January 23, 2019 from 7-9 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 11 A.M. at St. John's AME Zion Church 103 East Ave. Middletown, N.Y. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery Middletown, N.Y.
