RuthAnn Luis of Middletown, a retired physical therapist at the Middletown Psychiatric Center and a longtime resident of the area, died on November 30, 2018 in Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, Fl.  She was 75.

The daughter of the late Glendon and Mildred Estes Roberts, she was born on June 6, 1943 in Saco, Maine.

RuthAnn was a member of the First Congregational Church in Middletown and a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include her husband Don B. Luis of Middletown.  Her sons Don Luis Jr. and his companion Peggy and Mark Salvagin and his wife Stacy all of Middletown.  Her brother Warren Roberts of Georgia and seven grandchildren and her great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her daughter Bonnie Concepcion.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday from 9-10:30 A.M. with a Funeral Service to follow at 10:30 A.M. all at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.

Burial will be in the Wallkill Cemetery Town of Wallkill, N.Y.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Congregational Church in Middletown.
