Obituary of Virginia Keeney

Virginia Keeney of Goshen, N.Y. the retired Office Manager for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council in Goshen, died on Friday August 29, 2014 in Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 63. The daughter of the late John Gwozd andHedwig Gwozd, she was born on March 15, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York. Survivors include her husband Benjamin Keeney at home. Her son Benjamin Keeney and daughter Brianne Keeney both at home. Her mother Hedwig Gwozd of Goshen and her sister Madeline Gwozd of Florida, N.Y. She is also survived by her nephews James and Sean and her niece Jessica. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday September 2, 2014 from 3-7 P.M. at the Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. 107 Murray Ave. Goshen, New York. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
