Amy Fursa of New York City, died on October 14, 2016 at her home. She was 32.
She was born on November 15, 1983 in Brooklyn, New York.
Survivors include her mother Patricia Fursa of Newburgh; her son Ian James Rivera and her brother Alexander Fursa. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 5, 2016 at 11 A.M. in the Goshen United Methodist Church 115 Main Street Goshen, N.Y.
