Obituary of Antje Anna Visser

Antje "Anna" Visser passed away peacefully at the Valley View Nursing Home on Thursday October 25, 2012. She was 95. The daughter of the late Eelke and Antje Bokkinga she was born on June 6, 1917 in Sneek, Netherlands. She came to America in 1953 and resided in Goshen. She was retired from the Orange County DPW in Goshen. She was the widow of Henry Visser. Anna was a loving mother and grandmother who is survived by her son Eelco Visser and his wife Teresa of Slate Hill, N.Y. and her grandchildren Scott of North Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Courtney of Slate Hill, N.Y. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Grace VanderMolen of Middletown and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Trijntje and her brothers and sisters.
