Obituary of Bridget Jacobs Clark

Bridget Jacobs Clark of Middletown, a secretary for Middletown Dialysis, died on July 23, 2015 in Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 55. The daughter of the late Clifton and Anna Fowler Jacobs Jr., she was born on June 23, 1960 in N.Y. City. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and was an Associate Matron. Survivors include her husband John W. Clark at home. Her children Christina Jacobs; Amy E. Jacobs both of Middletown. Trevor Joyner (Tonya Smith) of Newburgh; Kimberly D. Clarke and her husband Antonio and Victoria E. Jacobs all of Middletown. Her sister Denee J. Taylor and her brother Clifton Jacobs III both of Middletown. She is also survived by her many grandchildren; her great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday August 1, 2015 from 11A.M.-12 Noon with Funeral services following at 12 Noon at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Burial will follow in Rock Ridge Cemetery in Monticello, N.Y.
