Ann Marie Smith, formerly of Middletown, passed away Thursday February 13, 2014 at Albany Medical Center. She was 35.
The daughter of Daniel Smith Sr. and Kathleen Hock, she was born April 6, 1978 in Middletown, New York.
Survivors include: her children: Jaquan Smith; Tylasia Watkins and Lee Watkins Jr. all of Cohoes, NY; her father: Daniel Smith of Middletown; her mother: Kathleen Hock of Cohoes; her two brothers: Daniel Smith Jr. of Troy, NY; Daniel Walter Smith of Chester, NY; her sister: Ursula Fermisco of Middletown; as well as her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her grandparents: Elsie and William Hock; Jean and Charles Smith and her step father Donald Blair.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 19, 2014 from 5-7 PM at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, NY.
