Obituary of Tira Knight

It is with great sadness that I Denise Knight-Walsh report that our loving fiancée,mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to so many. Tira Knight of Middletown, a veteran employee of the Orange County Department of Social Servicesand a longtime resident of the area, died suddenly on April 2, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. She was 40 years old. Born in New York, New York on November 3, 1974 the daughter of Denise Knight-Walshand Lavert Jenkins . Survivors include HerfiancéeShawn Martin. Her children Tyrell Anthony Martin and Tania Monet Martin.Her mother Denise Knight-Walsh and Step father Pete Walsh. Her father Lavert Jenkins. Mother-in-law Claudette Malone and her Father-in-law Otis Martin.Her maternal grandmother Louise Reynolds her paternal grandmother Shirley Jenkins. Her brother Wesley Knight and his son Wesley Donnel Knight Jr. Sister in laws, Brother in law and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2015 from 5-7 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday evening at 7 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
