Obituary of Grietje Grace VanDerMolen

Grietje (Grace) VanDerMolen, a former employee of Temple Sinai in Middletown, and a longtime resident of the area, died on March 29, 2015 at Middletown Park Manor. She was 93. The daughter of the late Jan and Trijntje Bouma Visser, she was born on May 18, 1921 in The Netherlands. She was the widow of Koop VanDerMolen. She was a member of the Goshen Christian Reformed Church in Goshen. A family statement read: "Heartfelt thanks to Ewoud Dykshoorn and Fr. John Lundberg for your kindness over the years." Survivors include her Nieces and nephews including Willemke Ciliberto (Paul) ; Erik Ciliberto (Michelle); Adam Ciliberto (Tracey) and Ryan Ciliberto all of N.J.; Helen Faria (Thomas) of N.C.; John Palsma (Beatrice) of Virginia; Hennie Mud (Klass) and Jantina Visser all of The Netherlands. Tiny Naumann and John Wierda (Liz) of Australia. Grace is also survived by many great, great-great, and great-great-great nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Goshen Christian Reformed Church 2440 Route 17A Goshen, N.Y. 10924.
