Lee S. Thomas of Londonderry, New Hampshire, died peacefully on Sunday August 13, 2023 in his home with his wife by his side. He was 79. The son of the late Stanley Thomas and Jeanette Lewis Freeman, he was born on April 29, 1944 in Middletown, N.Y. Lee served as a proud member of the U.S. Air Force prior to becoming a Surgical Technician. He worked for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Mass. for forty years. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Wilma Mosses at home. His three sons Timothy Martin of Cape Coral, Florida; Lee "Papo" Thomas of Middletown, N.Y .and Anthony Thomas of Boston, MA. His brothers Bishop Robert Smith of Middletown, N.Y. and Benjamin Delaney of Alexandria, VA. His sisters Hannah Sparks of Jonesboro, Georgia and Elizabeth Rivers of Middletown, N.Y. He is also survived by his several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Monday August 21, 2023 at 12 Noon at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Burial with military honors will follow in the Washingtonville Cemetery in Washingtonville, N.Y.
