Obituary of Nicholas Jay Helt

Nicholas Jay Helt of Middletown, N.Y. an employee for Red Lobster in Middletown, N.Y. and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on August 16, 2023 in Westchester Medical Center. He was 67. The son of the late Norman Helt Sr. and Anna Helt, he was born on July 11, 1956 in Middletown, N.Y. Survivors include his wife Frances at home. His sisters Colleen Stewart (John); Maureen Helt; Beverly Tulino; Alice Chambers (Bryan); Darlene Rooney and Joan Huslinger (Chris) and his brothers Norman Helt Jr.; Dennis Helt and John Helt (Jennifer). He is also survived by several cousins, especially his dear cousin Karen who was by his side during his illness. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Elsie Anjujar, his brother Alfred Helt and his nephew Michael Helt-Singh. Visitation hours and Services will be held on Tuesday August 22, 2023 from 10 AM-12 Noon at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
