Obituary of Alfred Waterman

Alfred T. Waterman of Middletown, N.Y. a retired custodian with the Goshen School District and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on August 7,2023 at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. He was 85.
The son of the late Howard and Myrtle Waterman, he was born on April 29, 1938 in Middletown, N.Y.
Alfred was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served from 1961-1963.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years Shirley Heater Waterman at home. His children Lulu Matuszewski and her husband Shawn of Middletown, N.Y. and Alan Waterman of Chester, N.Y. His brother Larry Waterman of North Carolina. His grandchildren Alex, Ava, Nelly and Cam and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation hours will be held on Friday August 11, 2023 from 11 A.M.-1 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
A Graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday August 11, 2023 at 1:30 P.M. at the Wallkill Cemetery Phillipsburg, N.Y.
