Obituary of Robert Zeller

Robert F. Zeller of Newburgh, N.Y., a retired corrections officer with the N.Y. State Department of Corrections and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on May 13, 2023 in Westchester Medical Center. He was 76.
The son of the late Frank E. and Kathleen Mae House Zeller, he was born on September 22, 1946 in Middletown, New York.
Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era.
He was a member of the BPOE Lodge 1097, American Legion Post 151 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his son Robert E. Zeller of Alabama, his sister Patricia A. Kindle of Bloomingburg and his companion Mary Stiles of Newburgh. He is also survived by his grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
