Iris Velia Gonzalez of Middletown, N.Y. passed away on May 18, 2023 at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. She was 82. The daughter of the late Juan Gonzalez and Amparo Rivera, she was born on June 6, 1940 in Puerto Rico. Survivors include her daughter Jeannette Torres and her husband Manuel. Her sisters Gladys Escobar and Blessilda Delgado. Her grandchildren Jazzlyn Jimenez and Chelsie Giacchi and her husband Gianni and her great-granddaughter Angelise. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Miguel Parissi and her brothers Jose, Andre and Roy. Visitation hours will be held on Monday May 22, 2023 from 11 A.M.-1 P.M. with a Funeral Service at 1 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
