Obituary of Ruby R. Rutherford

Ruby (Bell) Rutherford of Middletown, N.Y. a retired Physical Therapy Assistant at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on Sunday August 14, 2022. She was 64. The daughter of the late Paul and Helen Hadden Bell, she was born on April 14, 1958 in Middletown, N.Y. Survivors include her children Thomas Decker and his wife Carrie of Burlingham, N.Y. and Camie Rutherford and her companion William Gonzalez of Middletown. Her brothers Bruce Bell and his wife Pam; Paul Bell and his wife Jackie and Gary Bell. She is also survived by her sisters Linda Redner and Pattyanne Croci and her husband John. Her grandchildren William and Ethan and her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Steven Bell. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday August 17, 2022 from 3-6 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
