Raymond R. Coleman, a former Chef and lifelong resident of the area died on January 2, 2015 at his home. He was 51. The son of the late Raymond F. Coleman and Josephine McGuire Coleman, he was born on April 9, 1963 in Goshen, N.Y. He was a member of the New Hampton Fire Company. He was a chef at the Cliff Lodge Hunting Club in Monticello, cooking for the members during the hunting season. He loved working in his yard. Survivors include his mother Josephine Coleman at home. His brother John J. Coleman and his wife Cheri of Monroe, CT. His nieces Kayleen Coleman; Meghan Coleman and Stephanie Kronick and his nephew Daniel Kronick. His sister-in-law Mary Coleman-McNamara of Manchester, CT. He is also survived by his close friend Stephen Costa of New Hampton. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday January 7, 2015 from 5-7 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Funeral services will be held during the Visitation Hours. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Middletown Humane Society.
