Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Fritzsch Middletown, New York Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Napolitano Fritzsch of Middletown, N.Y. a lifelong resident of the area passed away on June 11, 2021 after a short illness, she was surrounded by her loving family. She was 84. The daughter of the late John J. and Rose Bastek Napolitano, she was born on April 5, 1937 in Newburgh, New York. Barbara was employed as a nurse's aide at the Middletown Psychiatric Center for over thirty years. She belonged to the Greenville Senior Leisure Club which she enjoyed. She was a great cook and liked hosting Sunday dinners, holidays and various parties. She was devoted to her family. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Middletown, N.Y. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years George W. Fritzsch Sr. Survivors include her loving children Donna Fritzsch-Long (Rich Long); George W. Fritzsch Jr. (Kim Ronaldson); Brenda Hudson (Ed Hudson) Karen Fritzsch-Dohrenwend (Adam Dohrenwend). Her precious grandchildren Richard; Matthew; Christopher; Justin; Eddie Jr.; Devin; Jenna and Adam Jr. She is also survived by her dear great-grandchildren Gabriella; Elena; Barrett and Kathrine. Her sisters Lena Barber (Bob) and Ann Marie Martel (Duane) and her brothers Vincent Napolitano, Joseph Napolitano (Linda), William Napolitano (Susan) and Michael Napolitano (Pat). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers John, Carmen, David, Russell and Paul Napolitano. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday June 16, 2021 from 4-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday June 17, 2021 at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 90 Euclid Ave. Middletown, N.Y. The Mass will be livestreamed at https://my.gather.app/remember/barbara-fritzsch Please be aware that facial coverings are required at all times. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Middletown, N.Y. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
