Obituary of Thomas D. Fields

Thomas D. Fields Greenwood Lake, N.Y. Thomas D. Fields of Greenwood Lake, N.Y. a former industrial roofer with Mark Olley Construction in Mahwah, N.J., died on December 28, 2014. He was 46. The son of William Fields Sr. and the late Kathleen M. Donald Fields, he was born on January 8, 1968 in Suffern, N.Y. He was the salutatorian of his Class at the LaSalle Academy in Albany, N.Y. Survivors include his son Kevin Fields; his father William Fields Sr. and his sister Joan Fields all of Greenwood Lake. His brother William Fields Jr. of Tuxedo and his sister Dawn Marie Graham and her husband Paul of New Hampton. His great uncle and great aunt Marcellus and Ella Brown of Greenwood Lake. He is also survived by eight nephews and one niece. He was predeceased by his loving mother Kathleen Fields ; his uncle Bruce Donald and his maternal and paternal grandparents. May he finally rest in peace. Visitation hours will be held on Friday January 2, 2015 from 2-5 P.M. at the Strong Basile Funeral Home 4 Oak St. Greenwood Lake, N.Y.
