Mary F. Hayes of Walden, a homemaker, died on April 29, 2017 in St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, N.Y. She was 82. The daughter of the late Walter and Florence Ceislak Callahan, she was born on November 4, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York. She was a former CCD Instructor at Most Precious Blood Church in Walden, New York. Mary was the widow of Jack Hayes. Mary had a great love for her family, her children, grandchildren, great-grandson and her late husband Jack. Survivors include her children Joanne Rosello and her husband Robert of Garden City, N.Y.; Jack Hayes and his wife Mary of Chester, N.Y. Jeanmarie Markovic and Thomas Tango of Walden, N.Y. and Thomas Hayes and his wife Ellen of Rock Tavern, N.Y. Her 12 loving grandchildren Caitlin, Lauren, Thomas, Reid, Daniel, Alyssa, Stephen, Daniella, Kiernan, Tavish, Riley and McKenzie. She is also survived by her great-grandson Callan. In addition to her husband Jack, she was predeceased by her son-in-law Sal Markovic. Visitation hours will be held Monday May 1, 2017 from 5-8 P.M. at the Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. 107 Murray Ave. Goshen, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday May 2, 2017 at 1 P.M. at St. John's R.C. Church 71 Murray Ave. Goshen, N.Y. Burial will be in Orange County Veteran's Cemetery in Goshen, N.Y.
