Sally A. Nichols, formerly of Warwick, N.Y., died on Thursday March 9, 2017 in the Joe Raso Hospice Residence in New City, N.Y. She was 76. The daughter of the late Felix and Esther Braham, she was born on May 21, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York. She was the widow of Roger K. Nichols. Survivors include her children James Nichols of Queens; Deborah DeGiovanni and her husband Joseph of Oceanside, N.Y. and Kimberly Graff and her husband Lawrence of Greenwood Lake, N.Y. Her sister Harriet Guzman of California. Her grandchildren Jennifer; Joseph; Jacob; Nicole; Jaclyn; Sara; Michelle and Julianna. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Maya and Julian and her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Roger K. Nichols and her daughter Michelle Vormittag. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday March 12, 2017 from 1-5 P.M. at the Strong Basile Funeral Home 4 Oak St. Greenwood Lake, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday March 13, 2017 at 10 A.M. at Holy Rosary Church in Greenwood Lake, N.Y. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery.
