David Martin Lewis Jr of Middletown N.Y passed away unexpectedly at home on August 22,2023. He was the son of the late David Martin Lewis Sr. He is survived by his mother Madeline, wife Estelle, children Tyreena (FL), Armando (NY) and Alexis (NY). Siblings; Rose, Susan, William, James, Joyce and Patricia. Grandchildren; Anaya, Sienna and Nova. Also several nieces and nephews along with a host of Aunt's and cousins. David was an avid Jets fan who enjoyed fishing and being a Jack of all Trades. Funeral arrangements by Ralston Lippincott Hasbrouck Ingrassia Funeral Home 72 West Main Street Middletown NY on Wednesday August 30, 2023. Viewing from 12-1pm with services to follow at 1 PM Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Middletown, N.Y.
