Ross E. Freeman Chester, New York Ross E. Freeman of Chester, N.Y. a former employee of PDJ Components in Chester and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on Sunday January 27 2019 in Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 69. The son of the late Floyd H. Freeman Jr. and Jeanette Lewis Freeman, he was born on May 8, 1949 in Middletown, New York. Survivors include his wife Arlene Baltimore Freeman at home. His children Jeanette Hicks of Liberty; Elizabeth Freeman of Texas; Etta Hamilton of Warwick; Felicia Hicks of Middletown and George Thompson (Missy) of Middletown. His brothers Lee Thomas (Wilma) of New Hampshire; Bishop Robert Smith (Pamela) of Middletown; Benjamin DeLaney (Terri-Jo) of Alexandria, Virginia. His sisters Hannah Sparks of Georgia and Elizabeth Rivers (Clarence) of Middletown. He is also survived by his grandchildren and nieces and nephews including Hannah who referred to him as uncle Flip; Kiamesha who he fondly called Kid; Marcella who he called Red and Imanie who he called Rabbit. He was predeceased by his sister Emily Lorraine and his brothers Floyd Freeman and Thomas Smith. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday February 2, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
