Obituary of Phyllis D. Colegrove

Phyllis Dolson Colegrove passed away on November 17, 2018 at Middletown Park in Middletown. She was 94. The daughter of the late Frank and Mabel Springstead Dolson she was born on May 9, 1924 in Warwick, New York. Phyllis graduated from Warwick High School and attended Ithaca College. She was happiest taking care of her family and others. Survivors include her daughters Janine Doule' and her husband Bob of Charlotte, N.C. and Deborah McNally and her husband Tom of New Hampton, N.Y. Her grandchildren Nikki and Graham Warren of Charlotte, N.C.; Melanie and Chris Cox of Waxhaw, N.C.; Erin and Adam Hatch of Wake Forest, N.C. and Ryan and Amy McNally of Slate Hill, N.Y. Her great-grandchildren Kate, Jack and Drew Warren; Callie and Nathan Cox and Audrey and Lily Hatch. Phyllis was predeceased by her grandson Gregg Doule'; her brothers Frank and Butch Dolson and her former husband John Colegrove. The family extends their greatest gratitude to her caregivers at Middletown Park for their kindness and compassion. Services will be private, with burial at the Warwick Cemetery.
