Obituary of Blaine Arthur Vance-Palmer

Blaine Arthur Vance-Palmer of  Bloomingburg, passed away on March 15, 2018 after a courageous battle in Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.  He was 4.

The son of Arthur Palmer and Rebecca Vance, he was born on November 8, 2013 in Middletown, N.Y.

Although his life was short in years, he will live on with the lives he has touched during his time with us.

Survivors include his mother Rebecca Vance at home.  His father Arthur Palmer of Middletown.  His maternal grandparents Bonnie Vance-Franz and her husband Edward  Franz of Bloomingburg and Mark Foegen of Atlantic, Iowa.  His paternal grandparents Ann and Arthur Palmer of Middletown.  His maternal great-grandparents Nellie and Vincent Vance of Middletown.  His paternal great-grandparents Diana Palmer  and John and Mary Peterson all of Middletown. Several aunts and uncles including Vanessa and Daniel LoMedico;  Heather Palmer and Christien Foegen.  Several cousins including Connor and Dominic and several great-aunts and great-uncles.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday March 18, 2018 from 2-4 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley P.O. Box 299 Valhalla, N.Y. 10595 or the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital 100 Woods Rd. Valhalla, N.Y. 10595.
