Obituary of Michael E. Boykins

Michael E. Boykins Newburgh, New York Michael E. Boykins, a former employee of Continental Organics and lifelong employee of the area passed away Monday June 30, 2014 at home. He was 54. The son of Cornelius C. Boykins and the late Patricia Green Boykins, he was born August 13, 1959 in Newburgh, NY. Michael was a veteran of the U.S. ARMY. Survivors include his father: Cornelius C. Boykins of Newburgh, NY; his brothers & sisters: Cornelius Boykins and his wife Palepa of Virginia; Pamela Jackson and her husband Henry of Middletown; Kelly Chavis and her husband Paul ; Donna Boykins- Jones and her husband Eugene ; Kimberly Chambers and her husband Joseph ; Tyrone Boykins and his wife Linette ; Terri Boykins and her companion William all of Newburgh; He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Matthew; India; Joseph Jr.; Desiree; Tashia; Cheyenne; Nicole; Tyrone Jr.; Cornelius Jr.; Shenaya; Chaniece and Michael. He was predeceased by his mother: Patricia Green Boykins; his brother: Matthew Boykins; his sisters: Desiree and Jennera Boykins. A family statement reads: "Michael was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He was deeply devoted to his family. He fought his battle with cancer with hope, strength and courage. We love you Mike." Visitation will be held from 12 noon -1 PM Saturday July 12, 2014 at the Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. 107 Murray Avenue Goshen, NY.
