Obituary of James R. Atkinson

James R. Atkinson Bloomingburg, New York James R. Atkinson, a mechanic for Lee's Auto in Middletown, NY and resident for many years of Orange County, died Saturday January 26, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 61. The son of the late James H. Atkinson and Mae Laura Atkinson Dennis, he was born on November 12, 1952 in Carbondale, PA. James was a U.S. ARMY veteran. Survivors include his wife Kathy Baker Atkinson at home; his Children: Jimmy Atkinson Jr.; Jamie Wallen of PA; his mother: Mae Laura Atkinson Dennis of PA; his step-children: Tara Sharp of Louisiana; Sarah; Christine and Jessica Zukor; his sisters: Barbara and her husband Butch; Patricia and her husband Paul and Diane, all of PA; his brother: Charlie and his wife Jennifer of Tuxedo and his sister Mary of Tuxedo. He is also survived by several grandchildren including the newest addition Dominick and several nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Friday January 31, 2014 from 5-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York.
