Obituary of Florence Lysyczyn Bunton

Florence Lysyczyn Bunton of Godeffroy, N.Y., a former longtime resident of the Middletown area, and a retired LPN at the Middletown Psychiatric Center in Middletown, died on August 23, 2013 in ORMC in Middletown. She was 85. The daughter of the late William and Ruth Vint Teller , she was born on June 22, 1928 in South Fallsburg, N.Y. She was the widow of Gordon E. Bunton. Survivors include her former husband Alex Lysyczyn. Her children Donna Mydosh of Godeffroy; Steven Lysyczyn of Cuddebackville; David Lysyczyn and his wife Joan of Pine Bush and Thomas Lysyczyn and his wife Debbie of South Carolina. Her step-daughter Terri Del Negro and her husband Paul of Mt. Hope. Her grandchildren: Jennifer Mydosh; Tess Lysyczyn; Shelby Lysyczyn; Lacy Lysyczyn; Travis Lysyczyn; Wade Lysyczyn; Laura Tarshis; Tommy Lysyczyn and Ryan Veety. Her great-grandchildren: Landon; Brooke; Tyler; Alexis; Autumn; Aliyah; Hanah and Jackson. She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Daniel Lysyczyn; her brother William Teller and her sister Elizabeth Schoonmaker. The family would like to give a special thank you to mom's cousin Linda Rheinreed who took special care of mom in her time of need. Also a special thanks to the staff of ORMC and Crystal Run Health Care. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday August 27, 2013 from 5-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Funeral Services will follow at 8 P.M. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
