Obituary of Jeffrey Anderson

Jeffrey Anderson of Sterling Forest, a mason and longtime resident of the area, died on Sunday July 21, 2013 in St. Anthony's Community Hospital in Warwick. He was 55. The son of the late Peter Anderson and Erma Straeter Anderson, he was born on November 7, 1957 in Brooklyn, N.Y. Survivors include his mother Erma Anderson of Sterling Forest. His sister Barbara Jacobs and her husband Robert of Sterling Forest and his brother Peter Anderson and his wife Carmela of Greenwood Lake. He is also survived by his niece Abigail and his three nephews Cameron, Peter and Eddie. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday July 23, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Strong Basile Funeral Home 4 Oak St. Greenwood Lake, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 10 A.M. at Holy Rosary Church in Greenwood Lake. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
