Obituary of Doris Talt

Doris Talt of Greenwood Lake, a retired supervisor for N.Y. Telephone and a longtime resident of the area, died on June 26, 2013 in Ellen Memorial in Honesdale, PA. She was 81. The daughter of the late James and Margaret Talt, she was born on July 7, 1931 in New York City. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church in Greenwood Lake and the Greenwood Lake Gaelic Society. Survivors include her nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday June 30, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Strong Basile Funeral Home 4 Oak St. Greenwood Lake, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday July 1, 2013 at 10 A.M. at Holy Rosary Church Greenwood Lake, N.Y. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery Warwick , New York. Memorial contributions may be made to the Greenwood Lake Volunteer Ambulance Corp. or Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
