Betty Ann (German) Johnson Formerly of Middletown, NY Betty Ann Johnson, a homemaker and lifelong resident of the area died Monday February 11, 2013 at Nyack Hospital. She was 69. The daughter of the late Bruce and Florence German, she was born March 30, 1943 in Middletown, NY. She was a member of the Voice of the Gospel Mission Church. Survivors include her husband: Robert Johnson Sr. at home; her children: Robert Johnson Jr. and his wife Tammy of Bloomingburg, NY; Andrew Johnson and his wife Ann Marie of Slate Hill, NY; Christine Johnson and her companion Jerry of Pennsylvania; her daughter-in-law: Joleen Woods Johnson of Greenville, NY; her sisters: Sherry; Melinda; Brenda; Michelle; her brother: Mark; as well as her grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her son: Stephen A. Johnson. Visitation hours will be held from 7-9 PM on Friday February 15, 2013 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, NY. Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday February 16, 2013 at the Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Johnson and Evangelist Richard Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Orange County Veteran's Cemetery in Goshen, NY. Arrangements by Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. Middletown, New York 845- 343-6023
