Della "Jean" Franklin
Greenwood Lake, N.Y.
Della "Jean" Franklin of Greenwood Lake, an executive secretary for the Director of Avionics at ITT in Nutley, N.J., died on January 14, 2013 in Golden Hill Health Care Center. She was 91.
The daughter of the late William and Della Ryerson Larlham, she was born on June 8, 1921 in Greenwood Lake, N.Y.
A family statement read: "Jean was the most gentle, generous and devoted person we ever knew."
Survivors include her children Daniel Franklin and his wife Angela of Tampa, Florida; Evelyn Franklin of Middletown and Suzanne Hellman of High Falls, N.Y. Her grandchildren John Meeks; Benjamin Hellman and Jeremy Hellman. Her great-grandson Xzavier and many nieces and nephews.
Private Services were held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
