Obituary of Vicenta Colon

Vicenta " Grandma" Colon Goshen, New York Vicenta Colon, a retitred assembler at Bogen Communications in New Jersey, died Sunday May 25, 2014 at home. She was 94. The daughter of the late Joaquin and Vicenta Catalan Navarro, she was born October 10, 1919 in Puerto Rico. Survivors include her children: Fred Colon of Middletown; Edward Colon (Carmen) of Puerto Rico; Wanda Mendoza of Goshen; her grandchildren: Kevin Colon; Lori Ann Colon; Markus Colon; Karen Colon-Hayes; Pamela Colon and Eric Mendoza. She is further survived by her 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Friday May 30, 2014 at Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. 107 Murray Avenue Goshen, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 AM on Saturday May 31, 2014 at St. John's RC Church in Goshen. Burial will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Nanuet, NY.
