Elmer F. Palmer Jr. Goshen, New York Elmer F. Palmer Jr. of Goshen, a former employee of Strict Co. in Middletown, New York and longtime resident of the area, died Thursday August 9, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern. He was 70. The son of the late Elmer Palmer Sr. and Rose Cushing Palmer, He was born on December 15, 1941 in Middletown, NY. Survivors include his wife: Susan (Doolittle) Palmer at home; his mother: Rose Palmer of Goshen; his children: Elmer Palmer III & his wife Mildred of Chester, NY; Thomas Palmer & his wife Cheryl of Summitville, NY; Kevin Palmer & his wife Violet of Minisink, NY; Robin Kolk of Bloomingburg, NY; Stacey Palmer of Goshen; Ronnie Sue Murgo of South Carolina; his brothers: Larry Palmer of Middletown; Ronnie Palmer of Minisink; his sisters: Beatrice Palmer of Pine Bush; Nancy Palmer of Middletown; his 14 grandchildren; 9 Great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews and friends. He was predeceased by several brothers,; sisters and his grandson. Visitation will be held on Monday August 13, 2012 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. 107 Murray Avenue Goshen, NY.
