Obituary of Agnes McCallister

Agnes L. McCallister of Warwick, a retired chaplain assistant for the Warwick School for Boys and the Mid-Orange Correctional Facility, died on March 7, 2012 in St. Anthony's Community Hospital. She was 83. The daughter of the late Theodore and Nancy Perry, she was born on March 22, 1928 in Goshen, N.Y. She was the widow of LeRoy McCallister. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and the Warwick Seniors. She also volunteered at Valley View in Goshen. Survivors include her children Todd McCallister and his wife Jeannie of Warwick and Lynn McCallister of Middletown. Her daughter-in-law Cecelia. Her grandchildren: Robert; Finey; Cynthia; William; Donavan; Amanda and Oshay. Her sisters Barbara Perry; Wendy Perry and Roberta Perry. She is also survived by several cousins. She was predeceased by her sons Michael and William. Services will be held on Friday March 16, 2012 at 11 A.M. at Christ Episcopal Church 50 South St. Warwick, N.Y. Burial will follow in Warwick Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ Episcopal Churc or the Warwick Humane Society.
