George Sherman III of New Hampton, N.Y., a longtime employee of Nelson Tree Service and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on August 22, 2021 at his home. He was 50.
The son of the late George Sherman Jr. and Candi Cross Sherman, he was born on February 7, 1971 in Middletown, N.Y.
George was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Survivors include his uncles and aunts and cousins.
A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday September 7, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. in the Scotchtown Cemetery on Blumel Road in Middletown, N.Y.
