Mark Thompson Middletown, New York Mark Thompson of Middletown, N.Y. a retired corrections officer at the Goshen Secure Center in Goshen, N.Y. and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on July 13, 2021 in Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 65. The son of the late George and Doris DeGroat Thompson, he was born on August 29, 1955 in Middletown, New York. He was a member of Family Church in Middletown, N.Y. Survivors include his wife Fern Thompson ; his five children Travis Thompson and his wife Sarah; Jordan Thompson and his wife Michelle; Alyssa Thompson; Mark Thompson and his wife Denise and Taineesha King. His twin brother David Thompson and his wife Karen. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brothers Alvin Thompson and Randolph "Randy" Thompson and his sister Gwen Thompson. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday July 17, 2021 from 12 Noon- 2 P.M. with a Funeral Service at 2 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
