Obituary of Shirley Wright

Shirley Wright Middletown, N.Y. Shirley Wright of Middletown, N.Y. passed away peacefully at home on May 9, 2021. She was 85. She was born in Hackensack, N.J. on May 21, 1935 to Evelynn and Raymond Suffern. Shirley was predeceased by her husband of 42 years Robert A. Wright and three children Robert Wright Jr. Marion Wright and Sarah Wright. Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and is lovingly remembered and missed. She is survived by her remaining children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Joyce Wright of New City, N.Y., Barbara Ponce of Middletown, N.Y., Carlotta Wright of Garnerville, N.Y., Francine Wright of Garnerville, N.Y., Michael Wright of Mt. Hope, N.Y., Wade Bryant of Monroe, N.Y., Terry Biggs of Monroeville, Pa., and Naomi Marrero of Middletown, N.Y. She is also survived by her 35 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews as well as her two brothers Lawrence Suffern of Englewood, N.J. and Anthony Suffern of the State of Washington. Private services will be held.
