Adriana M. Loaiza of Middletown, N.Y. passed away on February 14, 2021 in Garnet Health Medical Center. She was 55.
The daughter of Cristobal and Carmen Rodriguez Ortiz, she was born on August 25, 1965 in Columbia.
Adriana is survived by her father Cristobal Ortiz; her husband Duvan Loaiza at home. Her children Juliana Ortiz; Nickolas Loaiza and Tyler Loaiza. Her granddaughter Jahzara Tobon. Her sisters Cristelia; Maria Eugenia; Enerieth and Elena. Her brothers Marcos, Jose and Carlos and her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Carmen and her brother Diego.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday February 20, 2021 at 11 A.M. at St. Joseph Church 149 Cottage Street Middletown, New York. The Mass will be livestreamed at https://my.gather.app/remember/adriana-loaiza
Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
