Malcolm David Donald Chester, New York Malcolm "David" Donald of Chester, New York, a retired Banker and longtime resident of the area, passed away on January 1, 2021 at his home. He was 83. The son of the late Albert and Dorothy Donald, he was born on March 9, 1937 in the Bronx, N.Y. He was the widower of Joyce B. Donald. David was a member of St. Columba R.C. Church in Chester, N.Y. Survivors include his children Dorothy Donald of Centerville, GA.; Nola Hounsell and her husband Greg of Howard Beach, N.Y.; David Donald and his wife Dawn of Bushkill, PA.; Jackie Schoenblatt and her husband Keith of Glen Allen, VA.; and Beverly Weinert and her husband Carl of Warwick, N.Y. He was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and is also survived by his many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Albert Jr. and his granddaughter Devon. There will be no Visitation. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday January 5, 2021 at 11 A.M. in St. Columba R.C. Church 27 High St. Chester, N.Y. Due to current N.Y.S. guidelines there will be attendance limitations and facial coverings must be worn at all times. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery Chester, N.Y.
