William G. Davis Sr. Port Jervis, New York William G. Davis Sr. of Town of Greenville, retired employee for the County of Orange at the Orange County Landfill and a lifelong resident of the area, died on July 1, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 68. The son of the late David O.and Harriet O'Loughlin Davis Sr. , he was born on March 1, 1946 in Middletown, New York. He was an Honorary member of the Greenville VFW. A member of the Mechanicstown Fire Dept.; Greenville Fire Dept. and the Slate Hill Fire Dept. Survivors include his daughter Ann M. Davis-Johnson and her husband Andrew of Middletown. His grandchildren Andrew Johnson Jr. and Dakota W. Johnson both of Middletown and Elizabeth Van Orden of Port Jervis. His brother Dave O. Davis Jr. of Walker Valley. He is also survived by his former companion :Sophie Turbak; brother-in-law Anthony Fudel; one great-grandchild and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son William G. Davis Jr: his twin brothers: Grant and Gordon Davis; his step father: Douglas Miller Sr. and his sister-in-law Brenda Davis. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday July 6, 2014 from 4-7 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, New York. Funeral services will be held on Monday July 7, 2014 at 10 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery Phillipsburg, N.Y.
