Vincente Negroni

April 16, 1949 — July 4, 2016

Vincente Negroni, a Chef at Walter's Rainbow Inn in Greenwood Lake, died on July 4, 2016 at his home. He was 67. The son of the late Manuel Negroni and Luz Maria Santano, he was born on April 16, 1949 in Puerto Rico. Vincente was a former chef for over twenty years at the Playboy Club in Great Gorge, N.J. He was the widower of Pauline Negroni. Survivors include his sons Vincent Negroni of Arizona and George Negroni and his wife Kimberly of Schenevus, N.Y. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren. His sister Mirta and brothers Domingo Negroni and his wife Maria of Middletown; Rene Negroni; Jose Negroni; Ramon Negroni; Elzaldo Negroni and Santo Negroni. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday July 9, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Strong Basile Funeral Home 4 Oak St. Greenwood Lake, N.Y.
