Victoria Anne Lopez-George of Middletown, died on September 27, 2014 in Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 51. The daughter of the late Eliecer Lopez and Alice Lopez, she was born on March 23, 1963 in New York, N.Y. Vickie worked at "A Friend's House" and "Safe Homes". Her work was always her way of trying to help people and to make a difference in the world. She was an avid reader, an enthusiastic painter and a writer of everything from short stories to poetry. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and mama Vickie, making friends everywhere she went and turning many of those friends into family. We all love you, Always! She is survived by her husband Brian George, her daughter Nina, her son Matthew, her mother Alice Lopez; her sister Katherine (Jim) McMenemy, her brothers Vincent (Helen) Lopez; Stephen (Lois) Lopez; her sisters Elaine (Jeff) Finn and Carol (Chuck) Panzella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday September 30, 2014 from 6-9 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday October 1, 2014 at 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
