Rodney R. Guinup of East Branch, N.Y., a former welder for Thomas and Betts in Lancaster, South Carolina, died on July 15, 2014 in Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton, New York. He was 52. The son of the late Merrill and Bernadine Guinup, he was born on April 10, 1962 in Syracuse, New York. Survivors include his companion Patricia Rose at home. His son Damian Rose of East Branch. His daughter Charlyn Guinup-Rose of East Branch. His granddaughter Cayleigh Rose. His sisters Sandy Guinup of Rochester and Melinda Beechner of Alabama. His brothers Alex Guinup and Tyson Beechner of Fulton, N.Y. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday July 19, 2014 from 2-4 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, New York.
