Patricia Kanoff

Patricia Kanoff, a cherished lifelong resident of Middletown, NY, passed away at the age of 40. Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Patricia was the beloved mother of her son, Jeremiah House, with whom she shared a bond filled with love and pride. She is also survived by her former spouse, Ed House, and her devoted father, Joseph Kanoff Sr. Patricia's memory will live on in the hearts of her brothers, Joseph Kanoff Jr. and Eric Kanoff as well as her nephew Cyrus Reggio and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by her loving mother, Tammy Kanoff; her sisters, Termera Kanoff and Shannon Kanoff; her niece, Hannah Reggio. Their loss left an indelible mark on Patricia, but she carried their love with her throughout her life.

Patricia's life was a testament to resilience, love, and family. Her dedication to those she cared about was unwavering, and her kind spirit touched everyone she met. She will be remembered as a beacon of light in her community and among her loved ones.

Services to honor Patricia's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Patricia's memory to a cause close to their heart. May her soul rest in peace, surrounded by love and the memories of those she cherished.
