Marjorie Wilbur Youngman Dec. 1, 1919-June 29, 2018 Middletown, NY and formerly Andes, N.Y. Marjorie was born on December 1, 1919 in Andes, N.Y. to Emily Catherine Elwood and Harry Wilbur. Marjorie received her nurses training and RN license at Middletown State Hospital where she met her husband William H. Youngman. She worked at the Middletown State Hospital , then at Horton Hospital in the maternity ward where she helped deliver two of her grandchildren. When Bill's job took him to Delmar, she worked for the Red Cross. Upon Bill's retirement they made their home at Perch Lake in Andes, N.Y. William predeceased her on August 6, 1986. She was also predeceased by her sister Dorothy Shaver. She is survived by her two sons, William W. Youngman and his wife Susan of Middletown and Brian A. Youngman and his wife Barbara of Cary, N.C. Her five grandchildren William Youngman Jr., Wendy LoFrese, Ronald Youngman, Christian Youngman and Michael Youngman as well as her ten great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her niece Susan Reed of Catskill, N.Y. and nephew Russell Shaver of Tuxedo Park, N.Y. Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
