Joseph Centamore Bloomingburg, New York Joseph Centamore of Bloomingburg, retired from the U.S. Navy and the Middletown Psychiatric Center and a longtime resident of the area, died on January 12, 2014 in Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 92. The son of the late Vincenzo and Vincenza Centamore, he was born on January 14, 1921 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the widower of Florence B. Centamore. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during World War II and Korea. Survivors include his children Marcellus Centamore of Bloomingburg and Vincenza Garrison of Otisville. His grandchildren David Oddo of Colorado; Darlene Niknam of Middletown and Gabrielle Centamore of Missouri. His great-grandchildren: Melissa; Kelsi; Stephanie; Kristina and Marissa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday January 15, 2014 from 7-9 P.M. and Thursday January 16 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday January 17, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. at St. Joseph Church 149 Cottage St. Middletown, N.Y. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery Middletown, N.Y.
