Jean D. Pingotti Murray Middletown, New York Jean D. Pingotti Murray, a former RN at Horton Hospital and lifelong resident of the area, passed away Thursday December 19, 2013 at home. She was 50. The daughter of Frederick and Dolores Edsall Pingotti, she was born on May 23, 1963 in Middletown, NY. Jean was a graduate of St. Joseph School in Middletown and John S. Burke High School in Goshen. She was a member of St. Joseph RC Church in Middletown. A family statement reads, "She was truly a caregiver taking care of others before herself." Survivors include her husband: Hugh Murray at home; her son: Brandon Murray at home; her parents Frederick and Dolores Pingotti of Middletown; her sister: Dolores Brigman and her husband Dennis of Myrtle Beach, SC; her niece: Cailin Brigman and her companion Michael; her nephews: Dennis and Justin Brigman, all of SC. She is further survived by her aunt: Betty Fillios of Woodburn, MA; her uncle: Ronald Edsall and his wife Kitty of Woodbourne, OR; her mother-in-law: Mary Murray of Cornwal and her brother-in-law: Eamon Murray of Cornwall. She was predeceased by her father-in-law: Hugh Murray; her grandparents: Dorothy and Vincent Pingotti, as well as several aunts and uncles whom she cared for very much. Visitation will be held from 2-5 PM on Sunday December 22, 2013 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 AM on Monday December 23, 2013 at St. Joseph RC Church in Middletown. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Middletown.
