Harold Lostraglio

Harold Lostraglio Sr., 72, of Middletown/Old Bethpage went home to be with the Lord on September 30, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was born in Queens Village, NY on December 22, 1940 to Joseph Lostraglio and Emma Bamberger. He was a taxi cab driver in Middletown, for several years driving for Syndicate 1181. Then moved to LI and drove for LI Yellow Taxi for 40 plus years where he met his circle of lifelong friends. He is survived by his son, Harold Lostraglio, Jr. of Canadensis, PA and his local nieces and nephews, Rose Morrone and husband Edward, Antonina Reklinski, Anthony Russo and wife Kathy and Santos Russo all of Middletown, NY and several others from the states of Florida and Pennsylvania. He is predeceased by his son Joseph Lostraglio. His favorite pastimes were horse racing, golf, fishing and bowling. He received the Lord Jesus as his savior on September 21 and immediately had a love for the Lord and church. He will always be remembered for his hard work and the love of his family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Faith Baptist Church with the Memorial Service to be held at 6:00 pm at the Church, 34 East Searsville Road, Montgomery, NY 12549, (845)457-3866.
