Geraldine VanDyke of Middletown, a homemaker and lifelong resident of the area, died on July 17, 2016 in Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 61. The daughter of the late Gerald and Eleanor Hunter VanDyke, she was born on March 4, 1955 in Middletown, N.Y. Bert was a caring and loving and amazing woman who was an exceptional mother and grandmother as well as a great sister and friend. She will be missed by many and loved by all. Thanks for all the love and support from everyone, it was truly appreciated. Survivors include her children Raymond Cardona and his companion Lisa Palmer; Yolanda Cardona and her companion Corey Washington; Jason Cardona and his companion Kathy Santana; Angelina Cardona and her companion Anthony Crum and Angel Cardona and his companion Maria Ramos all of Middletown. She was predeceased by her son Marcus "Spark" Cardona and her sister Angela Watson. She is further survived by 15 grandchildren and one great-grandson and her brothers Perry Hunter; Aaron Van Dyke; Tom VanDyke; Gerald VanDyke; Alan VanDyke; Barry VanDyke and Eric VanDyke. Her sisters Denise Cooper; Phyllis VanDyke; Rose Charles; Margaret VanDyke and Yolanda VanDyke. Her daughter-in-law Nicole Cardona and beautiful sister-in-law Carol Cuevas and many friends and cousins. Visitation hours will be held on Monday July 25, 2016 from 2-4 P.M. with a Service at 4 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
